Find Yourself

Look for yourself in window reflections and broken glass, when you crawl through the cities and scratch your nails against cobblestones. Hunger to know yourself inwardly and outwardly. Rise like a phoenix and sprout wings of fire. Rage against the moon, and see the world through eyes of rose and topaz.

Love the One

Love the one that has mended your broken wings, that has transformed you – liberated you. The person that sheds gold flakes that inspire envy among the stars. The one that is a god among kings.

That afternoon we let adventure marinate in our bones. “Let’s just drive until we run out of road.” What lay before us was only a mere separation of land and sky. The heavens’ ocean splashed waves of white foam. Cotton ball clouds soaked up the niagara of a sky fastened with sapphire and indigo.

The Sky

Last night I witnessed a pocket watch sky. With every passing headlight, the hands of time led me back to childhood. Clouds of cotton candy swirls. Sticks of spun sugar that my lips longed to taste. Bonbon stars and a confectionary moon.

Typewriter Series: Memories of Me and Him

Happy Monday, everyone! Over the past week or so, I have been working on a new typewriter series that I have been posting on my Instagram account. I am calling it Memories of Me and Him – the title is fairly self-explanatory. These are nonfictional memories about real people (i.e. me and a very, very special him). I thought I would share the first five of the series with you here. If any of you have any feedback, please feel free to share! Love and adore you all.
